45 minutes of High Intensity Training doing Aerobic and Anaerobic Intervals, Plyometrics, Strength & Endurance exercises. We use ropes, weights, steps, bands, and bars. Every class is different! A total body workout for the morning warrior in you.

Total body workout utilizing Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance to attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, doable, and effective.
A fun low impact aerobic class designed to increase cardio endurance, muscular strength, range of motion and balance.  A safe and effective work out for seniors and participants of any age to get fit and stay active. Hand held weights, tubing, stability balls and natural resistance will be used.
A 60 minute motivating indoor cycling ride on a stationary bike set to music.  Each ride is designed to build strength, increase endurance, tone muscles and burn calories.  Riders are guided through a series of phases: warm-up, simulated hills, climbs, jumps, sprints, and a cool-down.  Bikes are equipped with cages and SPD pedals for those with their own cycling shoes.  Water bottle and small towel recommended.  Designed for all fitness levels.
An interval workout consisting of high intensity (high & low impact) cardio bursts for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.  This class is for those looking to boost overall cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and fat loss while also increasing muscle tone.  The intense exertion kicks your body into repair cycle, which will help you to burn more calories for 24 hours after class!
A total body workout done in circuits using heavy weights- fewer reps and more sets. Tabata cardio circuits.

Combines yoga’s grace with the power obtained from strength training. During iron yoga, poses are performed with light weights. If you feel normal yoga is too sissy for you, try iron yoga for additional impact.
A true yoga upon which all others build upon. Our focus is on strengthening your core, stretching all your muscles and building focus and breathe control. You will work hard for the “Savasana” at the end.
Also called ‘yoga flow’ synchronizes breath with movement, flowing through postures on the inhale and exhale.  When finding your own personal flow between movement and breath it can feel like a dance or moving meditation.  Slowing down and stretching the body to relax your central nervous system and revitalize your muscles. This class is a great cross training session that will compliment other gym activities that you participate in; promoting mindfulness in your movements and helping you prevent back and leg injuries from over-tightened muscles.
