Class Descriptions

20 min. each of Hi/Low cardio; Turbo-box; PiYo/strength & core. Time for a change? There’s not a lot rest time with this fast paced, yet structured class. Each 20 min. portion of time is geared specifically for what it represents, all done in 60 min. Try one, or all 3!
A true yoga upon which all others build upon. Our focus is on strengthening your core, stretching all your muscles and building focus and breathe control. You will work hard for the “Savasana” at the end.
45 minutes of High Intensity Training — aerobic & anaerobic intervals, plyometric, strength & endurance exercises. By using jump ropes, weights, steps, bands, and bars every class is different! A total body workout for the morning warrior in you.
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 55 minute period of time. Combines cardio, strength and endurance exercises for a total body workout. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal. (Weather permitting, some classes may be outside).
Want to tone your body? Sculpt your muscles? Improve your core? BodySculpt is for you. With a mixture of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, and stability ball you’ll get a total body workout designed to tone and condition all of your muscle groups.
This Tabata Cardio Workout is an advanced High Intensity Interval Workout that will take you to a higher level of fitness, helping you burn calories and build endurance. Each Tabata set involves alternating four-six high intensity or anaerobic exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. One 6 minute Tabata session can burn 50 calories; plus your metabolism will continue to burn 5 times more calories over the next 24 hours for a total of 300 calories. This workout is best suited to advanced exercisers comfortable with high intensity training. Great cross training for athletes.
A 55-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curl type exercises. Always expect a variety of strength training & occasional-short cardio intervals. Come ready to work!
60 minutes of high intensity, fast paced, boot camp style training with a kickboxing flare! Push-ups and crunches are mixed with punches and kicks, as well as a variety of strength building exercises designed to tone and kick your body!!
Abs/back/core conditioning. Blast the core with fun, intense training like some power yoga. Let’s get rocked!
Or, sprint interval training (SIT). A whole body workout done in a timed circuit as an enhanced form of interval training. An exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning. Great cross training for athletes.
Combines yoga’s grace with the power obtained from strength training. During iron yoga, poses are performed with light weights. If you feel normal yoga is too wimpy for you, than you must try iron yoga for additional impact.
A combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts — is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit the gyms in recent years. KB is a great sports conditioning approach, blending Kickboxing with High Intensity Training. A fun low impact aerobic class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, range of motion and balance. A safe and effective work out to slow down the aging process. Participants of any age will to stay fit, functional & active through daily activities. Light hand held weights, tubing, stability balls will be used. Plus natural resistance will be incorporated. PiYo is a challenging, athletic workout inspired by the movements of Yoga and Pilates. No holding of long poses or repetitive movements. PiYo speeds everything up by introducing you to low impact/high intensity sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as it lengthens and tones your muscles and increasing your flexibility. Put some fusion back into your workout!
Total body workout utilizing resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance to attain & maintain your physique in ways that are fun, achievable and effective. Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of non-impact exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength (climbs), intervals (jumps), high intensity (race days) and recovery periods. This class involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in an exercise-room setting. Our certified instructors will have you pedaling & sweating to the best motivational music, while incorporating a self-challenged ride. Bikes are equipped with cages and SPD pedals for those with their own cycling shoes. Great cross training for runners, and injury recovery. Let’s go for that bike ride!
A non-cardio/non-impact workout. A total body lifting experience completed in circuits and using heavy weights– fewer repetitions and more sets. Tabata circuit like, ready to attack!

Also called ‘yoga flow’ synchronizes breath with movement, flowing through postures on the inhale and exhale.
